Madie began a unit of study on Australia yesterday at school. She's 3. In a panic yesterday when she got home she said, "Mama, I need a map! Hurry, hurry!" Giving in to her request she made sure to show me where in the world Australia was. Correctly. She then told me all about the koala bears, kangaroos, and snakes that live there. Her daily knowledge expansion is so tremendous that it actually scares me sometimes!
